After living Europe for 11 years and several different locations in the US, we are very pleased with what we have found here. We hare moving from Las Vegas and used to the high cost of electric in the summer. We are doing a 2 year rental in a Gardinia Model so we only pay gas and electric and the owner pays the rest. But it will give us an opportunity to really know the costs before we permanently build a home there. We are very excited!! We are moving to the Villages on August 1st.
